Hin-King Tai

Hin-King Tai has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving in Alternative Credit and Fixed Income at Magnetar Capital since 2015. Prior to this role, Hin-King Tai held the position of Managing Director at Silar Advisors from 2007 to 2014 and worked as a Senior Associate at Gottex Fund Management between 2004 and 2007. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Proprietary Trader at Heartland Securities from 1999 to 2002 and as a Project Engineer at Verizon from 1995 to 1999. Hin-King Tai holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Stuyvesant High School education was completed before pursuing higher education.
