Vidjay Birdja has extensive experience in technology and management at MAGNETO special anodes B.V., with a career spanning from 1987 to the present. Currently serving as Technology Manager since 2010, responsibilities include coordinating the technology department based on an annual technology plan aligned with sales and production requirements. Prior roles at MAGNETO include General Manager, where Vidjay developed a management plan aimed at achieving a turnover of 10 million Euros, and Technology/Quality Manager, focusing on the design procedure for special anode coatings. Earlier experience includes positions as Production Manager and Quality Manager, where Vidjay implemented quality management systems compliant with ISO standards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Total Quality Management and Analytical Chemistry, alongside a PRINCE2 certification in Project Management.
