He has 25+ years of sales leadership, strategy, and global go-to-market experience developed by working at some of the world’s leading technology companies. Bob has held senior leadership roles at global tech companies such as Cabletron, NEC, Salesforce, and SmartRecruiters where he launched and led global business units into market-leading software, data + service businesses. Prior to joining Magnit, Bob was CRO at SmartRecruiters. During his tenure there, the company went from hundreds of enterprise customers to thousands.
