Jayendra Solanki

Jayendra Solanki has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Jayendra is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Magnit. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at PRO Unlimited India, where they worked with leading Fortune 500 companies and large organizations to improve talent quality and manage their non-employee workforce. Jayendra also worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Program Manager at Workforce Logiq, a global workforce management company. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and a Talent Acquisition Manager at ZeroChaos. Jayendra started their career as an Assistant Manager of Recruitment at iGATE Patni. Jayendra also gained experience as a Recruitment Manager at Rishabh Software and as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Allied Digital Services. Additionally, Jayendra has worked as a Client Representative at Ratein Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. throughout their career.

Jayendra Solanki received their MBA in Human Resources from Technology And Management Jobs from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their schooling with St. George High School in Mumbai, India from 1995 to 2000, where they studied Maths, Social Sciences, Science, and Economics. Jayendra also obtained a certification in CPCD from Middle Earth HR in 2015.
