Kristell Muniz

Kristell Muniz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristell currently works as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Lead at Magnit since August 2021. Prior to this, they had an extensive tenure at Capgemini, starting as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in August 2015 and later transitioning to various roles, including Sales Operations Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Specialty Campus Recruiter, and Diversity, Inclusion & Talent Brand Manager. Kristell also gained experience as an Editor Intern at Terra-Genesis, Millenial Research Consultant at KLRN, and held multiple positions at Trinity University Psychology Department, including Participant Pool Coordinator and Research Assistant. Additionally, they have experience as a Maintenance Management Consultant at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling, Business Development Intern at Space Services Inc., Teacher at Agape Christian Preschool, and Adult ESL Tutor in a private capacity. Kristell also briefly served as a Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere (F.L.A.M.E.) Alumn at the United States Olympic Committee.

Kristell Muniz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Psychology from Trinity University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to their college education, they attended Sam Rayburn High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Kristell also obtained certifications including Mujeres de HACE from the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement in 2020, SuccessFactors RCM and SuccessFactors WFAP from SuccessFactors in 2016, and SAP HTR (HCM) Certification from SAP.
