Samuel Rosenblum

Sammy Rosenblum serves as the Senior Director of Asset Management at Magnolia Capital, a real estate investment firm established in December 2017, focusing on multifamily investments and operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Sammy held various positions at LivCor, LLC, including Director of Asset Management and Senior Financial Analyst, contributing to the firm's asset management initiatives since its inception as a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group.
