Nermine Fawzy is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational development. As the Chief People Officer at MAGRABi Retail Group since October 2023, and formerly a Senior Partner and CHRO at FosterEdge, Nermine has implemented progressive talent solutions across various sectors, including construction, banking, and telecommunications. Previous roles include Chief Talent Officer at ITWORX and Regional Human Resources and Administrative Director at Cargill, where Nermine led HR transformations and talent strategies across multiple regions in Africa. Nermine holds a Post Graduate Certification in International Human Resources Management from the University of Northampton and a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from The American University in Cairo.
