PhiSa K. has over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on managing and improving product quality throughout the development lifecycle. They currently hold a position as the Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager and Support Manager at MagTek, where they have successfully shipped EMV L3 solutions certified by major financial institutions. They have also onboarded over 300 major clients to these certifications.

Before joining MagTek, PhiSa K. worked at Belkin as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead, where they demonstrated a history of delivering projects with high quality, on time, and within budget. They provided insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimized transaction time for end-users. They also established and improved key performance indicators to identify and measure process improvements and enhance overall quality.

Prior to Belkin, PhiSa K. held roles at TeleCommunication Systems, United Online, and Digital Insight as a Senior Software Quality Assurance professional.

PhiSa K. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University. This degree was obtained at an unknown time. In addition, PhiSa K. has obtained a certification in Product Management for AI and ML from Elvtr.com in October 2022.
