Krisztina Kovacs has had extensive work experience in various HR roles. Krisztina started their career at HP in 1994 as a Project and Front Office Assistant before progressing to roles such as HR Assistant, Training Coordinator, and HR Specialist. In 2001, they became an Education Solutions Business Developer & Consultant, responsible for designing and implementing e-Learning Solutions. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Services Business HR Partner/HR Generalist for multiple countries in the region. Kovacs then became the Country HR Manager for Hungary at HP, supporting organizational changes and leading HR initiatives. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the SW Business HR Partner for Central Eastern Europe and Israel, partnering with business and HR leaders to develop targeted program solutions. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they further advanced their career as the Country HR Manager for Hungary and Southern Eastern Europe, responsible for implementing HR programs and leading spin-off and merge activities. Lastly, they are currently working at Telekom HU as the Enterprise HR Business Partner Lead, driving people priorities and transforming T-Systems Hungary to Hungarian Telekom.
Krisztina Kovacs has a Master's Degree in HR from the University of Pécs, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Krisztina also attended the University of Pécs from 2006 to 2008, where they studied to become a Certified Labour Law Consultant. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2023. Krisztina Kovacs completed their secondary education at Kölcsey Ferenc Gimnázium Budapest from 1988 to 1992.
