Sunil Tidke is a seasoned professional with a robust background in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Head at Mahindra Accelo since August 2015, Sunil oversees the Nasik Plant and is responsible for legal compliance and P&L management, while also implementing the corporate ESG vision. Prior experience includes leading operations and maintenance for the Blanking Plant Business and a significant role at Ford Motor Company as Lead Process Coach for body construction, managing a highly automated manufacturing area. Sunil also contributed to the launch of the Xylo and Quanto projects at Mahindra Group and held positions at Tata Motors and as a Graduate Trainee at Mahindra Group focusing on automation. Sunil holds an Executive Education degree from Carnegie Mellon University and advanced degrees in engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a diploma in Electrical Engineering from K K Wagh Polytechnic.
