Mallika Mittal

Mallika Mittal has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Mallika currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Mahindra Finance since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HDFC Bank in various roles, including Senior Vice President & Head of Risk Review Analysis, Senior Vice President & Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Vendor Risk Management, Head of Enterprise Risk Management, and Head of Credit Policy for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Education Loans. Mallika also worked at IndusInd Bank as the Product Development & Policy Manager for Retail Asset Products and at ICICI Bank in policy and credit roles for secured loans and dealer funding.

Mallika Mittal obtained a PGPMAX degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Jai Narain Vyas University between 1995 and 1997. Mallika also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics, Mathematics & Economics from Maharanis College, Jaipur, which they completed from 1992 to 1995. Mallika'shigh school education was at MGD Girls Public School, Jaipur, where they completed Std. XII in the ICSE board for class X from 1985 to 1992.
