Alexandre Luchesi de Almeida

Alexandre Luchesi de Almeida is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Development Engineering at MAHLE since August 2012. In this role, Alexandre leads a multi-functional team focused on developing innovative products and technologies for the North American market. Previous positions include Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing high-priority pre-development projects and defining the product strategy for Fuel Cell and Battery Systems, as well as Development Engineer and Project Leader, focusing on research and innovation projects and the air management product portfolio. Alexandre began the career as an engineer, supporting customer and R&D projects for automotive Air Induction Systems. Additionally, Alexandre serves as an Investidor Anjo at Cor.Sync since March 2024 and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a specialization in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
