Juan Gimeno

Juan Gimeno has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at MAHLE as the Head of Plant Performance Improvement. Prior to that, they were a Private Advisor at CI&MFG, specializing in manufacturing, MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Continuous Improvement. Juan also served as a Continuous Improvement Manager at CHEP. Before that, they worked as an Industrial Expert and a Business Strategy Manager at TSE Technology Solutions. Juan has a long history with Ford Motor Company, where they held various roles such as New Products Manufacturing Lead Electrical & Hybrid, Senior Electrical Process & Manufacturing Systems, and Electrical Process & Manufacturing Systems Engineer. Their expertise includes NPI, prototypes, launch, and manufacturing systems.

Juan Gimeno obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Anglia PU & Universidad de Valencia. Prior to that, they earned a Diplomatura in Informática from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 1992. Juan also completed a Six Sigma program in Business Statistics at Ford Europe in 2020. Juan received a Technical Officer degree in Electro electronics from Ford España in 1989 and a Technician degree in Industrial Electronics from Instituto Politécnico Vicente Blasco Ibañez in 1987.
