Sanera Maharaj

Sanera Maharaj has diverse work experience, starting in 2006 with part-time accounts work at KZN Bookkeepers. In 2007, they participated in an accounting program at Deloitte. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an intern at PFK Electronics. From 2012 to 2017, they were employed at MAHLE as an industrial engineer and later as a graduate industrial engineer. Sanera then joined Uniplate South Africa as the Head of Production and Process Engineering from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as the OpEX Lead SA/Change Agent at Ingersoll Rand. Currently, Sanera is at MAHLE, where they have held various roles, including Process Optimization Engineer, Team Member of the MAHLE Innovation Hub, Industrial Engineering Manager, and currently Head of Operations MAHLE Aftermarket.

Sanera Maharaj has a Bsc (Hons) degree from the University of Pretoria. Sanera also obtained their Matric from Ridge Park College in 2007. Additionally, they have a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Sanera also has a certification in Blue prism Foundation level from Reveal Group, which they obtained in 2018.
