Tim Bator is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the collision repair industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Mai Mechanical LLC since May 2018, Tim previously held leadership roles including Regional Manager at Caliber Collision Centers, where oversight included managing seven centers with significant revenue and profit/loss responsibilities. Tim also served as Chief Financial Officer at Global Collision, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financial statement preparation, and team building, achieving notable revenue growth and strategic cost reductions. Early career experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Technical Risk Management, successfully establishing two nationwide firms. Tim holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
