Damian Perrone possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving at Maimonides Medical Center since January 2007 in various leadership roles, including AVP of HR Management and Operations, and Sr. Director of Employment and Human Resources Operations. Responsibilities encompass the full recruitment process, labor relations management, collaboration with labor unions, grievance resolution, and vendor management. Prior to this, Damian held positions at Eger Lutheran Homes and Services and Rightech, Inc., focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
