Nicole Richardson

Nicole Richardson has several years of experience in the healthcare finance industry. Nicole started their career as a Budget Accountant at Hackensack University Medical Center in 1985 and worked there until 1987. Nicole then joined Saint Clare's Health System as a Budget Specialist, managing the budget process and analyzing expenses and revenue statistics from 1988 to 2001. After that, they served as the Budget Manager at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, where they completed and analyzed budgets for multiple facilities. From 2003 to 2015, Nicole worked at CarePoint Health - Christ Hospital as the Decision Support Manager, responsible for converting and implementing a new general ledger system and maintaining the chart of accounts. Currently, they are the Vice President of Budget & Decision Support at Maimonides Medical Center since January 2022, overseeing budget development and evaluating financial policies and procedures.

Nicole Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta from 1981 to 1983. Additionally, Nicole earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Delhi between 1979 and 1981.
