Aran McFarland

System Director Information Technology, Customer Service at Main Line Health

Aran McFarland has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Starting in 1999 at United Messaging Inc., they managed the daily operations of a technical support center and successfully grew the department. Aran then worked at HostMySite.com as a Support Services Manager, overseeing a 24/7 support center and managing a team of 30 individuals. McFarland later joined Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Senior Manager and then as the Director of the IT Support Center, where they had overall operations and budgetary responsibilities for multiple key areas of IT operations. Aran implemented processes based on the ITIL framework and started the IT Service Management program. In 2013, they joined Genesis HealthCare as the Director of Rehab Systems - Customer Service. McFarland is currently working at Main Line Health as the System Director of Information Technology, Customer Service, responsible for managing the organization's IT Service Management program strategy and execution.
