Badr Naim

Badr Naim is a Senior Compensation Analyst at Main Line Health since June 2022. Prior to this role, Naim worked as a Grants Coordinator/ Grant Administrator at the University of Pennsylvania from February 2021 to May 2022, where Badr was a dedicated subject matter expert on various software systems and resources. Badr also worked as a Fund Manager at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA from September 2019 to February 2021, managing research projects and portfolios. Additionally, Naim served as a General Manager and Financial Analyst at Bellagio from August 2013 to June 2017, where Badr utilized LEAN six sigma methods to increase efficiency and performance ratings. Naim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
