Bob McPherson

Bob McPherson is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in consulting and project management, particularly in Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Main Sail since February 2006, Bob specializes in identifying growth opportunities for both federal and commercial clients. Previously, Bob held roles as Partner at DuneWorks LLC and Senior Consultant at Life Cycle Engineering, where leadership in project management and consulting was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting Management and a Master’s Certificate in Lean/Six Sigma from Villanova University, along with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. Bob also has significant experience as a Regional Manager at Advanced Technology Services and a Naval Officer in the US Navy.
