Bill Lagram

Bill LaGram's work experience includes a role as Director of Agency Strategy at Main Street America Insurance, where they oversee agency and sales compensation strategy, product launch readiness, and process improvement. Bill previously served as Sr. Vice President - Carrier Partnership Management at Renaissance Alliance and Director - Agency Compensation at The Hartford, where they managed various aspects of agency compensation programs. Bill also had roles at Travelers Insurance as a Market Analyst, Financial Consultant, and Senior Agency Compensation Specialist, where they were involved in rate and pricing enhancements, financial monitoring, and agency data reconciliation.

Bill LaGram has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. Bill attended the university from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Hartford, which they completed between 2005 and 2009.
