Tracy Bartucca

Tracy Bartucca (McGrath) has over 15 years of experience in retail banking. Currently serving as Vice President/Retail Lending Manager at Main Street Bank since August 2013, Tracy has held various titles including Retail Lending Operations Manager and Assistant Vice President/Consumer Lending Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at Marlborough Savings Bank, beginning as a summer teller and advancing to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, responsible for the Southborough Branch. Additional contributions include volunteering with the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce on the School/Business Partnership Committee. Tracy holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Connecticut and a High School Diploma from Marlborough High School.
