Megan Williams

Megan Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and fashion design. Currently serving as the Closing Team Lead at Main Street Renewal since July 2020, Megan assists investors with SFR home closings and leads a team of closing coordinators to achieve deadlines and meet requirements. Additionally, Megan operates as a small business owner at Perspective Restorations LLC, managing financial and documentation aspects. Previous roles include Loan Assistant at Citizens National Bank and First Texas Bank, along with various positions in the fashion industry, including Fashion Designer, Patternmaker, and Seamstress at Megan Rene'e Design, and Alterations Specialist at David's Bridal. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design & Manufacturing from Texas Tech University and has completed a Leadership & Management course.
