Courtney Norian

Courtney Norian is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Director at the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance since July 2023. With a strong background in development and fundraising, Courtney has been the Associate Director for Development & Special Events at the Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts since June 2015, where oversight includes the production of marketing materials and fundraising campaigns. Previously, Courtney held the position of Associate Director of Marketing and Communications for the Jimmy Fund Walk at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, successfully increasing event revenue significantly and managing multiple communications strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Telepictures as an Associate Producer, and at Mangos Agency as an Assistant Account Manager, contributing to branding and project management for notable national and global accounts. Courtney holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
