Scott Sparks

Scott Sparks has over 25 years of experience partnering with private equity investors, management teams, and boards of directors of private mid-market and large public companies to drive dramatic improvement in market value – through operations performance improvement, organic growth, and productive acquisitions.

Previously, as a Managing Director in TriVista’s private equity advisory business, and as a Senior Partner and consultant in two top-tier consulting firms, Scott has built and scaled world class consulting businesses serving private equity and public company clients. His practice leadership is balanced with hands-on sales and delivery of consulting engagements, identifying and managing over $2B of enterprise value improvement and driving consistent PE client returns of more than double the top quartile fund benchmark.

Scott’s operations and corporate strategy expertise is grounded through experience as a P&L owner and business operator. As a CEO and company President, Scott has built two national businesses from launch to leading positions in their respective markets.

Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California. He also has his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
