Bridget Kizer

Maintenance Sales Specialist at Mainline Information Systems, Inc.

Bridget Kizer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bridget started their career at Arrow Electronics as a Finance Associate, where they worked on invoice dispute resolution and developed new processes for IBM invoice reconciliation. Bridget then transitioned to the role of Senior Inside Sales Representative, working closely with customer accounts and achieving high revenue targets. Additionally, they served as an Inside Account Manager, providing hardware and software maintenance renewal quotes to IBM Business Partners.

Later, Bridget joined Meridian IT Inc. as an Operations Specialist, responsible for annuity tracking and maintenance renewal quoting for multiple vendors, including IBM and Dell. Bridget worked cross-functionally with the sales team to resolve customer support issues and provide service coverage information. Bridget adapted to new tools and IBM rules throughout their role.

Most recently, Bridget is working at Mainline Information Systems as a Maintenance Sales Specialist.

Bridget Kizer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies between 1991 and 1995. Bridget was also awarded a BS degree in Health Care Admin and Business from the same institution during the same time period. Additionally, Bridget has acquired various certifications related to technical support services from IBM. In 2013, they became an IBM Certified Specialist in U.S. Technical Support Services Level 1, and in the same year, they also obtained the IBM Certified Specialist in U.S. Technical Support Services Level 2. Their most recent certification, TSS Champion (v2), was obtained in November 2020.
