Jimmy Sauls has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jimmy began their career in 2006 as a Purchasing Agent for IBM x86 Brand, where they managed purchase orders and provided support to the Operations Manager. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for the same brand, handling large volumes of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in contract and order documents. Jimmy then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager for IBM, Lenovo, and HP Brand from 2009 to 2013. In this role, they revamped order management and sales reporting processes, optimized revenue through efficient supplier development, and became a focal point for channel partners. From 2013 to 2019, Jimmy served as the Operations Manager for Hardware and Software at Mainline Information Systems, streamlining order management for 200+ brands, ensuring compliance with standards and policies through lead for OEM Audits, and utilizing Salesforce to improve sales reporting. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Operations, where they partnered with executive leadership to apply best business practices, improve efficiencies, and align goals across 3 companies, resulting in $1B+ in new year-over-year revenue. Jimmy also played a key role in supporting the Finance ASC 606 project for new revenue recognition guidelines. Most recently, in 2021, Jimmy assumed the role of Vice President of Operations at Mainline Information Systems. In this position, they plan, directs, coordinates, and oversees Sales Support and Customer Care Operations activities, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient processes and cost-effective systems to meet organizational needs. Jimmy collaborates with key stakeholders, works with the Mainline Executive team on vision and future direction, and establishes a compliant quote-to-cash cycle of business. Throughout their career, Jimmy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a commitment to driving growth and efficiency in operations.

Jimmy Sauls has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences with a field of study in Environmental Studies from Florida State University. Additionally, they have an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Tallahassee Community College.
