Len Novitski

Senior Storage Systems Engineer at Mainline Information Systems, Inc.

Len Novitski has a strong background in storage systems engineering and sales. Len started their career as an Electrical Engineer, designing test equipment systems for measuring electrical properties of semiconductor components at IBM. Len earned recognition for their work, including an IBM GTD Achievement Award. Len then transitioned into systems engineering and pre/post-sales support for Large Systems Marketing on the GE Capital account, receiving three SE Symposium Awards. Len later joined IBM as an Enterprise Sales Representative, responsible for disk and tape product sales to major accounts. Len exceeded storage revenue quotas and received the IBM Top Contributor Award and IBM 100% Club Award. Len then became an eServer Manager, leading a team responsible for all IBM hardware and server platforms for major insurance accounts. After that, Len worked at IBM as a Backup and Archive Sales Representative, specializing in physical and virtual tape backup solutions. Len achieved competitive win-backs in their territory and received the IBM Leadership Award. Most recently, Len has been working at Mainline Information Systems as a Senior Storage Systems Engineer, providing pre-sales technical support for a variety of storage hardware and software products. Len has achieved sales success and received recognition through the Mainline President's Club program.

Len Novitski graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, earning the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. In terms of additional certifications, Len obtained the following: Containers & Kubernetes Essentials from IBM in July 2021, IBM Cloud Essentials from IBM in July 2021, Cloud Core from IBM in June 2021, NetApp Certified Technology Associate from NetApp in February 2021, IBM Business Partner Storage - Enterprise Storage - Technical Advocate V1 from IBM in December 2020, IBM Certified Specialist - Traditional Workloads Sales V2 from IBM in September 2019, and IBM Certified Specialist - Storage Technical V2 from IBM in May 2019.
