Rick Schultz has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a particular focus on sales and business development. Richard (Rick) began their career at IBM in 1981, where they worked as a Mainframe and Storage Systems Engineer for 13 years. Following this, they transitioned into sales roles at IBM, serving as a Mainframe Sales Manager from 1994 to 1998, and later as a Storage Sales Manager from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, Schultz joined Mainline Information Systems, where they held various leadership positions over the course of their tenure. Richard (Rick) initially served as the Vice President of West Region Sales, overseeing IT sales in 19 western US states and achieving significant revenue growth. From 2007 to 2008, they took on the role of Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, leading international business development efforts and spearheading the creation of new business units. Richard (Rick) Schultz began their education journey in 1977 at Canisius University, where they pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management. After completing their studies at Canisius University in 1979, Rick enrolled at Buffalo State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Technician in 1981.
