Terseer Lanem

Terseer Lanem has extensive experience in quality management and business process management. They served as the Head of Business Process Management at MainOne from 2018, where they led management system certification projects and implemented operational efficiency measures. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Quality Management at both 9mobile (2017-2018) and Etisalat Nigeria (2015-2017). In these roles, they developed and implemented quality management strategies, coordinated policy deployment, and facilitated process improvement initiatives. Before their work in telecommunications, Terseer worked at the Standards Organisation of Nigeria from 2000-2015, where they held various roles related to management system services, training facilitation, auditing, and IT management. They also have experience as an industrial measurements engineer and testing and standards engineer. Overall, Terseer has a strong background in ensuring quality and operational excellence within organizations.

Terseer Lanem's education history is as follows:

Terseer received a National Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Benue Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Federal Polytechnic Bida. In 2003 to 2005, Terseer earned a PgD in Computer Science from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

In 2008 to 2009, Terseer studied Wireless Communication Systems Engineering and obtained an MSc degree from the University of Greenwich. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Terseer attended Lancaster University, where they pursued an EMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In terms of additional certifications, Terseer obtained the following: Lead Auditor: ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in October 2010, Lead Auditor ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System in May 2015, Lead Auditor ISO OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System in June 2015, and Certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor Business Continuity Management System in December 2020. Furthermore, Terseer obtained various certifications related to sustainability and corporate finance from LinkedIn in January 2023.
