Jonathan McDonald

Jonathan McDonald is an experienced logistics and operations management professional with a demonstrated history of supporting military and civilian personnel in various roles. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at MAINSAIL Group, Inc., Jonathan provides logistics management support to the Digital Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. Previously, Jonathan held multiple positions at DynCorp International, culminating as Site Manager, overseeing over 330 employees and ensuring operational efficiency for a Base Life Support project for more than 1,200 personnel. Jonathan's expertise also includes business development and knowledge management, with experience implementing initiatives for troop withdrawal and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Jonathan holds an Associate's degree in Phlebotomy from Southeastern Technical College.
