Felicia Lyn

Felicia Lyn has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2011 as a Marketing Intern at InnoVergent. Felicia later became a Marketing Assistant at Swell Caroline, where they focused on website management, social media campaigns, and trade show displays. Felicia then transitioned to Innovative Marketing and Design as a Creative Director, responsible for promotional tools, trade show exhibits, and supplier relationships. In 2015, Felicia joined Marriott International as a Regional Group Sales Manager, representing multiple hotels within specific markets and contributing to group and catering sales initiatives. Felicia then worked as a Business Travel Sales Manager at Aloft Hotels, where they partnered with travel managers and procured negotiated rates. Felicia continued their career at AC Hotels in the same role, maintaining relationships with accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and implementing revenue strategies. In 2019, they joined Marriott International again, this time as a Sales Executive at W Atlanta Midtown. Recently, Felicia has been the Director of Business Travel & Entertainment at the Bellyard Hotel and is currently the Director of Entertainment & Business Travel at Mainsail Lodging & Development.

Felicia Lyn completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing. In addition to their degree, Felicia also obtained a certification in One Yield v2 (Revenue Management System) from Marriott International in June 2018.
