Christine Collins

Christine Collins has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles. Christine most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mainstay Medical starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at SeaSpine from July 2020 to December 2021. From 2012 to 2019, they held various positions at NuVasive, including Vice President of Talent and Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources, Corporate. Before that, they worked at Sempra Energy and its subsidiaries in different HR roles, including Director of Corporate HR and Business Conduct, Director of Human Resources at Sempra Pipelines and Storage, Director of Human Resources at Sempra Global, and Human Resources Manager. Overall, Christine Collins has a strong background in human resources management and a proven track record in leading HR initiatives and aligning talent with business goals.

Christine Collins holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oakland University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn and Mediation Skills Certification from the Institute for Conflict Management. Christine also holds a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
