Patrick Leon

Patrick Leon has extensive work experience in various corporate development and business leadership roles. Patrick has served as Vice President of Commercial Operations & Development at Mainstay Medical since 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at H1, Mayo Clinic, NuVasive, and Mainstay Medical, where they were responsible for corporate development and business strategy. Patrick also worked at Sony Corporation of America, leading strategic planning and business development initiatives. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at HSBC Auto Finance and Best Buy, focusing on strategic initiatives and emerging businesses development, respectively. Patrick has strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, acquisitions and integrations, and partnership negotiations. Additionally, Patrick has demonstrated effective leadership and organizational skills through their roles as President of NYU Stern San Diego Alumni Club and President & Co-Founder of the MBASD.

Patrick Leon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the NYU Stern School of Business, with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. Patrick also participated in an exchange program at London Business School, where they earned another MBA degree. For their undergraduate studies, Patrick attended the NYU Stern School of Business and Copenhagen Business School, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics from both institutions.
