Jacqueline Ivy Hardin

Jacqueline Ivy Hardin has a diverse background in workforce development and social impact. Jacqueline is currently working as the Director of Professional Services & Operations, Workforce at Mainstay, where they focus on driving engagement and helping individuals achieve their goals. Prior to this, they served as the Founding Managing Director at Per Scholas, a national organization that prepares underrepresented individuals for careers in technology. Jacqueline has also held roles at organizations such as Get Schooled, the Mayor's Fund for Los Angeles, and the Seattle Foundation, where they worked on projects aimed at promoting equity, inclusion, and economic opportunity. Jacqueline has experience in market research, as well as human resources management at Target. Jacqueline's work experience also includes positions at EmployIndy, the United States Department of Labor, and College Access Plan, where they focused on workforce development and college readiness support for underserved students.

Jacqueline Ivy Hardin holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College's Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs. Jacqueline also has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
