Kether Scharff-Gray is the COO of Supply Chain Wiz at Mainstem Malt. Previously, they were the Manager at Hedlin Farms from July 2018 to June 2019, the Data Administrator at Uprising Seeds from November 2018 to May 2019, and the Director of Food + Farms at ACME Farms + Kitchen from March 2013 to June 2018, where they focused on menu development and purchasing for a northwest-based meal kit delivery service.

Kether Scharff-Gray received a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of New England.
