Brittany Hardison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and web development. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at MainStreet since February 2021, Brittany oversees customer onboarding and engagement for a SaaS platform, managing a portfolio with a $2M ARR and ensuring retention through data-driven insights. Prior to MainStreet, Brittany was a Customer Success Manager at Azlo, leading a team of 10-15 and enhancing user experience with financial software while handling management tasks. Earlier roles included front-end web development at Nike and comprehensive JavaScript training at Epicodus, as well as serving as a Bilingual Clinician at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, where Brittany effectively supported individuals in crisis. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
