Cj Donahoe

CJ Donahoe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career at Alliance Wealth Strategies, Inc as an Intern in 2013, before moving on to work as a Legal Intern at BROWN & STERLING, Attorneys at Law in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Associate at Alliance Wealth Strategies, Inc.

In 2015, CJ joined DoorDash as an Operations Support Specialist before transitioning to the role of Product Specialist. They then joined Adecco Staffing, on-site at Google, in 2016 as a Business Analyst.

From 2017 to 2021, CJ worked at Google, first as an Associate Product Analyst and then as a Product Analyst II. In these roles, they led a project to rebuild core product infrastructure and managed a team of analysts. They were also responsible for quarterly OKR planning and strategy roadmap for the analytics team.

In 2021, CJ joined MainStreet as a Data Analytics Lead, where they worked until 2022. During this time, they led the AI/ML strategy and deployed the company's first machine learning model to production. They used predictive modeling to increase product automation efficiency, resulting in significant cost reductions and improved customer experience.
