Elise Mayo

Elise Mayo has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Deployment Specialist Intern at CAE. Elise then worked as an Intern in Industrial Engineering at Mark IV, where they solved production problems and improved cell layouts. Elise also served as an Intern in Maintenance Engineering at WIB - Wälzlager Industriewerke Bulle AG, where they managed the servicing and improvement of a ball bearing polishing machine.

In 2013, Elise became a Consultant in Continuous Improvement at SOGEFI, where they managed the completion of SMEDs and utilized continuous improvement tools to optimize production. From 2016 to 2022, Elise worked at CAE in various roles, including Deployment System Specialist, Team Leader Boeing B737 Program, Project Execution Leader - Traditional Airbus Installations, and Business Performance Leader - Business Aviation Training. Elise achieved notable milestones such as integrating CAE's first B737MAX simulator, delivering simulators for a high-profile US customer, and leading a team of over 70 direct reports.

In 2018, Elise participated in the Diplômée Défi 100 jours L’effet A program at L'effet A, where they focused on professional development and adopting a more ambitious attitude. Their most recent work experience is as an Implementation Manager at MaintainX, starting in 2022.

Elise Mayo began their education in 2006 at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, where they completed a DEC in Pure & Applied Sciences in 2008. Following this, they attended École de technologie supérieure from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering. Elise then pursued further education at the University of Ottawa from 2014 to 2015, completing a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering.
