Paula Winsor

Paula Winsor is an experienced Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Maintel since October 2010, where the focus is on improving business operations through digital transformation in both public and private sectors. Prior to Maintel, Paula held key positions including Head of Service Management at Connaught PLC, overseeing ITIL v3 based service management for over 10,000 users and 3,000 clients, and Services Manager at Northgate Information Systems, leading a team dedicated to quality assurance and support across complex software projects. Additional experience includes Service Manager for Capita IT Services, handling IT service delivery for the BBC's TV Licensing Contract, and Service Account Manager at The Law Society. Paula holds a BA in Business and Finance from Coventry University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
