Tomas Eriksson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tomas started their career as an Operation and Maintenance Technician at Vattenfall's Forsmark Nuclear Powerplant from 1989 to 1992. Tomas then joined Mälarenergi AB as an Operation and Maintenance Technician from 1992 to 2000, where they gained expertise in production and maintenance.

Tomas transitioned to project management and technical writing at Grontmij Sweden from 2000 to 2002, where they primarily worked with property management and AutoCad. Tomas continued in a similar position at Ramböll Sverige AB as a Project Manager and Technical Writer from 2002 to 2004.
