Laura Furlanetto

Laura Furlanetto is a highly experienced Senior Contracts Negotiator at Maire Tecnimont S.p.A., where responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts related to commercial activities and project awards. With a career at Tecnimont since 2003, Laura has focused on Engineering Procurement and Construction Contracts for Turn-Key Plant Projects in various global markets, particularly in the Middle East, India, Russia, China, and Europe. Laura has also contributed to academia as a teacher and supervisor for postgraduate programs in Business Law, focusing on topics related to international tenders, EPC contracts, and risk management. Prior experience includes working in M&A at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners and litigation and arbitration as a trainee and qualified lawyer. Laura holds a Doctor of Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and completed an Executive Training Program for Board Members.
