Scott D. Howard

Scott provides overall planning and direction for the Investor Relations Department, managing operational and compliance risks and overseeing key service providers for the department. His responsibilities include all aspects of investor relations and oversight of marketing. Joining the firm as Manager, Mutual Fund Services in 2011, he was promoted to Vice President, Mutual Funds in 2014 and Vice President, Investor Relations in 2015.

Scott began his career in financial services with American Express Financial Advisors as a Vice President for both Investment Administration and Investment Operations. He later became a Vice President in Investment Services at Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis.

He earned his BS in accounting and communication from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Scott is a registered representative of the ALPS Distributors, Inc., and holds Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.
