Brenda T. is an experienced professional in customer relations and e-commerce, currently serving as Coordinatrice Relation Client & eShop at Maison Labiche since September 2020. Brenda's role includes ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels, managing returns and refunds, and adapting to new regulations such as Brexit.
