Nicole Bell

Nicole B currently holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Irth and serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Maisonette, an NEA portfolio company, since July 2023. In these roles, Nicole oversees various HR activities, including employee relations, regulatory compliance, payroll, training, and recruiting, while also acting as a consultant to management on HR issues. Prior experience includes serving as a People Operations Business Partner at Everactive, where Nicole enhanced recruiting processes and managed immigration and leave programs, along with leadership roles in client management and human resources at Thrive Resources and Castle & Key Distillery, respectively. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University, Los Angeles.
