Lissy Torres

Lissy Torres is an experienced design professional with a focus on user experience and strategic design. Currently serving as Experience Design Lead at Learning Ally since January 2023, Lissy previously worked as Senior User Experience Strategist at Circulo Health, where efforts targeted enhancing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ohio. Lissy held positions at MSU Federal Credit Union and Hagerty, where significant contributions included leading UX teams, mentoring, and implementing research strategies. As a co-founder of Boldable, Lissy managed user experience and client engagement while developing marketing strategies. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Human-Computer Interaction and a Certificate in Serious Games from Michigan State University, complemented by multiple roles in teaching and consultancy during earlier educational experiences.
