With extensive experience in customer journey mapping, direct marketing, and customer-centric growth strategies, Balakrishna has a proven track record in enhancing customer engagement and operational excellence across multiple industries. Balakrishna holds a PG Diploma in Direct & Interactive Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Madras.
