Egi Mahardi Mohsa

Egi Mahardi Mohsa is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in training and supervision. Currently serving as the National Sales Trainer and Sales Onboarding Program Team Leader at majoo Indonesia since June 2022, Egi is responsible for developing training schedules for Sales Associates and monitoring their performance to achieve daily targets. Prior to this role, Egi worked at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk from November 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading area sales efforts, managing various sales channels, and ensuring compliance with company procedures as an Area Sales Supervisor. Egi also held the position of Sub Cluster Coordinator, focusing on sales distribution and team management. Egi holds a degree in Political Science from Universitas Padjadjaran, obtained in 2017.
