Tania V. is currently working as the Coordinadora de Constituyentes Juveniles at Sustenta Honduras since August 2020. Prior to this, Tania was an Ejecutivo comercial at Viaelite Asesores S de R.L from February 2022 to March 2023. Tania also served as an Oficial de Asistencia al Migrante Retornado-Seguimiento de Políticas Migratorias y del Pacto Mundial de Migración at Dirección General de Protección al Hondureño Migrante in January 2021 - February 2022. In addition, Tania holds the position of Lead Regional de América Latina y el Caribe at Major Group for Children and Youth since May 2021. Furthermore, Tania is involved in the LATAM Migration Working Group as the LATAM Focal Point and part of the Equipo de Alternativas de Detención.
