Michael Mulone has a diverse work experience in marketing, business development, and event management within the sports industry. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Major League Fishing, where they lead a team and oversees marketing, public relations, sponsorships, licensing, and business development. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Business Planning and the Senior Director of Events & Partnerships at Major League Fishing.

Before joining Major League Fishing, Mulone worked at B.A.S.S., LLC as the Director of Events & Partnerships, where they were responsible for site selection, tournament scheduling, meeting planning, and sponsor activations for various fishing tournaments. Michael also has experience at ESPN, where they were the Director of Event & Partnerships for B.A.S.S. and oversaw the 2005 ESPN Great Outdoor Games.

Mulone's earlier experience includes roles such as the Sports Marketing Manager at the Charlotte Harbor & The Gulf Islands Visitors Bureau, National Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and National Sales Manager at Adam's Mark. Michael has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Sports Commissions. Mulone began their career at Marriott International, where they held various positions including Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Meeting Manager.

Michael Mulone attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Sociology. Following this, they attended SUNY Albany from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
